For your protection, verification is available only from the authenticated Client Portal for your title file.

Never enter a wire PIN, account number, or routing number into a public form. Sign in, open your order, and complete the two-factor file verification there. You must still call our published number before wiring funds.

Required 3-Step Wire Safety Protocol

1. CALL BEFORE WIRING

Always independently call your assigned Neo Gen Title escrow officer at +1 800-860-8907 using a verified phone number from our official website to confirm wiring instructions prior to sending funds.

2. NEVER TRUST REVISED EMAIL WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

If you receive an email claiming that our bank details, account number, or wiring routing numbers have changed, DO NOT WIRE FUNDS. Notify us immediately by phone.

3. VERIFY BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT NAME EXACTLY

All wires intended for Neo Gen Title escrow must specify "Neo Gen Title Escrow Account" as the beneficiary. Never send funds to an individual person's account.
